Sebastian Ingrosso & Alesso – Calling (Original Instrumental Mix)

Superlatives are often thrown around all too casually for big name releases, but as the Swedes themselves have famously proclaimed, “Goosebumps never lie!”. And while its not exactly a traditional Swedish House Mafia production, it has all the epic makings of a “Miami 2 Ibiza” or a “Save the World”. Perhaps even Song of the Year potential.

Ingrosso’s discovery of Alesso has already yielded dividends on the touring circuit, having accompanied Ingrosso on several sold-out shows. At Pacha NYC, Alesso had the venue packed for his opening set, a feat rarely seen by an opening act. As a protege in training, Alesso has emerged as one of EDM’s brightest young stars.  This track, in many ways, is Alesso’s coming out party.  Some will argue that “Nillionaire” and his remix of “Pressure” already put him on the map, which I certainly subscribe to, but this track undoubtedly vaults him into another class.
