SHM debuts new video for ‘Save The World,’ no dogs in sight

I expressed my dismay at the original music video for SHM’s summer 2011 anthem, “Save The World,” as soon as it was released, and was met with harsh criticism from commenters and readers who disagreed with my views. You can hate me or love me for not exactly getting the whole dog thing, but either way it was simply not debatable that this video was a far cry from trio’s offerings for “One” and “Miami 2 Ibiza” — both of which had a distinctly different vibe. Well, it looks as if at least some of my criticisms have been taken to heart, as a new cut of the video has just hit the web, entitled “Save The World (Live).” This take on the video features live footage from SHM’s performances around the globe — and if you ask me, it does a heck of a better job getting across SHM’s mantra and what they’re all about. It literally takes us on a tour from Miami to Ibiza, with a nice dosage of the trio’s massive EDC Vegas performance just for kicks. Check out the video above and let us know what you think in the comments. But, you know, be nice.
