Avicii – Levels (Cazzette ‘NYC Mode’ Bootleg) [Preview]
Cazzette has not showed any signs of avoiding the spotlight having remixed Swedish House Mafia’s “Save The World.” This time around they take a shot at Avicii’s “Levels,” which premiered on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show this last week. Etta James lyrics still maintain their prevalence throughout this distortion heavy rendition. It truly does a great job of balancing the catchy progressive chords while adding a few well timed pauses that should help generate some quality airplay. Normally, Cazzette is significantly more wobbly and dubby, however, not adding an abnormally high dosage of grunge was the correction choice. This duo will be remixing many more of Avicii’s tracks due to their shared management staff. Get excited for 2012.
