Behind the Booth 003: Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano at Ruby Skye, San Francisco

Dancing Astronaut got to sit down with Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano before their set at Ruby Skye. These are two of the most humble artists we have ever met bar none. Interestingly enough, while they may be funny and down to earth in person behind the scenes, they are larger than life when they take the stage. Their energy and crowd involvement is unparalleled. In this installment of Behind The Booth we discuss their plans for 2012, what happened to “Markuzza,” Ryan’s hair ‘thingy’ and everything in between.

Editors Note: Dancing Astronaut was proven wrong when we believed that the sound system created the loudest noises within the club – Sunnery’s whistle takes the 1st place award for “Most Deafening Yet Entertaining Sound.”

    I had the plesure of meeting both of them on 11-18-11 at Super Glow with Avicii in DC. . . i was wearing a 8-bit head costume (see pic link below) in front row and they both keep pointing me out during there set. . after their set when cazzette came on (who killed it 2 and pointed me out) i had a tap on my shoulder and it was Sunnery James gave me a hand shake and they Ryan came over and took a pic with me. I spoke to them real quick def down to earth people and keep thanking me for comin as if i was someone famous. Was def a crazy experience and them 2 def did there thing that night in DC. . . .
