SHM Announces Masquerade Motel Date

March 23rd, 2012. Mark your calendars, plug the date into your phone, set an alarm. Do whatever is necessary to be in South Beach for Masquerade Motel Miami Round 2. SHM recently tore up MSG with more ferocity than Carmelo Anthony and company could even fathom, next they will tear up Miami, and finally they continue their onslaught with their show at Milton Keynes Bowl. If Masquerade Motel Miami 2011 was any indication – 2012 should be huge. Pharell made a guest appearance last year – who can we expect this time around?

    This actually comes before MKB, March 2012 comes before July 2012…just saying.

    Anyone else not really care for Masquerade Motel Miami last year?  It was entirely too packed with people pushing, climbing over fences, and chaos. Probably the biggest letdown of the Miami Music Week for me. MSG blew it away, although they are tough to compare

    Personally, if it was the Saturday of Ultra I’d go to SHM instead, but Friday’s line up is just too good at Ultra to miss.  Friday at Ultra has A-Trak and Dirty South (two people who were at the Motel last year).  I’m interested to see the SHM lineup but I’d rather see those two, Dada Life, Chris Lake, Tommy Trash, Loco Dice, and the other people already announced for Day 1 of Ultra.  I know some people are pissed SHM is doing this but they did it last year, it should’ve been expected, it doesn’t make me mad at all, I just wish it was Saturday so I could skip all the dubstep trash at Ultra.
