We thought we were going to get this release more than a month ago, but the Swedish House Mafia pulled a 180 on us and decided to release “Antidote” on the day of their historic Madison Square Garden event (tune in for the livestream tonight if you didn’t get a chance to nab tickets). Those of you who have seen Angello, Axwell, or Ingrosso live should know all about this tune because it is the first time they have ventured into the dubstep world with their production skills. They team up with Knife Party who has come out with some serious stuff recently – they gave away “Internet Friends” and “Tourniquet” just a few days ago. People were worried about the Swedish House Mafia developing a sound that is more in tune with pop culture (think: “Save The World“), however, they have proved that they can still create straight fire for us house music elitists.
