We first heard of Sieg Motmans (Siege) on Pete Tong’s Essential Selection which aired last Friday. “Roads” is being backed by Zouk Recordings, a spin off of Armin’s Armada Music. If you get backed by the biggest names in the game — you must be producing some pretty solid stuff. Siege’s first appearance on DA, brings to light a beautiful melody equipped with a pleasant drumline and high kicking synths. This soothing progressive house tune reminds us of John Dahlback circa early 2011 (the release of “Phoenix” is what we had in mind). Look for this youngster to keep pumping out the tunes in the near future.
