Ultra Music Festival 2012 throwback track countdown: 10 days to go
Ultra Music Festival kicks off in exactly 10 days, so we thought we’d take a trip down memory lane and bring back some of our favorite tracks of UMFs of yesteryear. Kicking things off this year is a track that was played so often its glaring horns were stuck in our heads — and ringing in our eardrums — days later. Sidney Samson’s remix to “Punk” was played in countless sets back at UMF, and you could practically walk between tents without losing the hypnotic beat. There are quite a few songs in contention to be the “Punk” of 2012 — Tommy Trash’s remix of “Ladi Dadi” perhaps? — but we’ll have to see when the event finally kicks off. 10 days to go!
