After separating from LA Riots towards the end of 2011, Jon Pegnato – also known as Hot Mouth – is kick starting his solo career with some funk infused electro house. Sebastian Drum’s original take on “French Rules” featured classic house roots, and the Muzzaik remix had a meteoric rise up Beatport’s House chart and ended up peaking at #2. On this latest offering, Hot Mouth uses his electro touch with fidgety synth work and punchy kicks and snares – giving it the dance floor appeal it deserves.
