Luciano and the Vagabundos crew take over Electric Zoo’s Sunday School Grove
Over the years, Made Event — with its Sunday School moniker — have built a reputation for throwing some of the craziest parties with impressively elaborate line ups. This year, Luciano returns to the Sunday School Grove — Vagabundos party in tow. Vagabundos is Luciano’s party brand, which began with his residency at Pacha Ibiza in 2010 and has since made stops all across the globe. He is a true master of crossing the boundaries between techno and house, and his unique style of music is sexy and extravagant enough to get any party going. With music of the finest quality and energy and vibes at profoundly unmatched levels, this occasion is an unmissable one.
It’s no secret that a Luciano set is filled with a more mature and seasoned audience. His style of mixing is minimal and elegant — sometimes playing 4 tracks at the same time. He is able to layer song on top of song and still make it sound harmonically pleasing. His sound covers the entire spectrum, from deep techno to experimental house with Swiss and Chilean flares peppered throughout his music. The Party
The Vagabundos party is more than the music. Luciano is a master of curating the perfect experience, focusing on the music and the idea of creating total sensory overload. The Lineup
Luciano will be flanked by Reboot and Robert Dietz, who are part of the Cadenza family and have played with Luciano so many times that you can expect the day to be properly warmed up for the grand finale. Argy, at just 23 years of age, has been creating quite the buzz. His DJ sets are soulful and will feature everything from disco house to driving techno. He’s excellent at playing to the environment, so we think he’ll bring his A-game to a place as mighty as New York. Frivolous brings a unique experience to the table. His shows incorporate live keyboards and his own vocals, delivering a rare element on the fly. Mendo is on warm up duty with the first set of the weekend. His blend of sexy house and techno is relentless, so if you want some proper, pure house to start off your day, make Sunday School your first stop.
