Porter Robinson announces ‘Poseidon: The Back to Back Tour’ with Zedd

In an interview with MTV News, Porter Robinson announced that he and Zedd are going on tour together. The official title is the “Porter Robinson and Zedd present Poseidon: The Back to Back Tour,” and its meaning is twofold. “Poseidon” represents the name of the song they’re working on together and “back to back” is intended to clarify that the DJ’s are working together — rather than one acting as opener for the other. Although nothing is set in stone yet, — including tour dates — Robinson’s vision for the tour is “something purely for the fans.” We’re anxious to see how the tour comes to fruition.
As an added bonus he also gives us an idea of what to expect from their musical collaboration. Robinson describes it as “pretty” and something he imagines people will “sing along to.” Both Robinson and Zedd are mega talented so like the tour, we’re anxious to hear the song.
