Cherry Cherry Boom Boom – One And Only (R3hab Remix)
On the heels of previewing remixes of Taryn Manning’s “Send Me Your Love” and Meital and Sean Kingston’s “On Ya,” R3hab is tearing his chainsaw through another pop song – taking on Cherry Cherry Boom Boom’s “One And Only.” This time around, R3hab injects big room synth elements alongside intricate chord and drum play to give the original a heavy dose of high-energy dancefloor appeal.
While it’s quite evident we at Dancing Astronaut are big supporters of R3hab’s unique chainsaw madness style and willingness to experiment with new sounds, we’re afraid he may be pigeon-holing himself in a string of electro house remixes of run-of-the-mill pop tracks. Simply stated – we wish Fadil would devote more of his production clout to original releases and collaborations in the vein of “The Bottle Song,” “Prutataaa,” and “Sending My Love.” Chime in with your thoughts in the comments section below.
