New York nightclub Cielo and party outfit Dance.Here.Now. have an action-packed October planned for all you eager party goers. Kicking things off tonight, Chris Liebing’s CLR imprint celebrates the thirteen-year anniversary of the label with Tommy Four Seven and Monoloc. The following weekend, Pirupa — the man behind the summer tech house anthem “Party Non Stop” — will be gracing the decks of the legendary establishment. On October18th, Tyler Sherritt makes his Cielo headlining debut with support from NY locals, Hyperbits. And as if they were saving the best for last, one of the most technically advanced DJs in the world, James Zabiela, makes his NY return to kick off the Halloween weekend. Jump past the break for our rundown on what to expect from each act.
The last time we saw Tommy Four Seven, he was on warm up duty for CLR label head, Chris Liebing. It was one of the more memorable Cielo experiences as techno faithfuls jam-packed the venue for a night of relentless and brooding music. CLR has come to represent the tougher sound of techno, favoring darker and heavier track selection. If you want to get an idea of what the night will entail, have a listen to Monoloc’s CLR podcast below.
Pirupa established himself as a true contendar amongst the tech house world with the release of his heavily supported single, “Party Non Stop.” Expect a night of fun, bouncy, and upbeat tech house to start off your weekend. Enjoy a recent live set that Pirupa uploaded to his SoundCloud page below.

Tyler Sherrit is a New York native who has been on opener and closer duty for plenty of big name acts. Having works supported by Armin van Buuren, this rising talent is set to make his Cielo debut alongside NY duo Hyperbits. Check out Tyler’s July mixtape below.
In saving the best for last, Dance.Here.Now. is bringing back one of the most forward thinking and skilled DJs on the planet. James Zabiela is the guy that Pioneer calls to test out their new products before they release them to the public. He is known for taking any track, breaking it down, and making his own live mix right on the spot. He will play everything from progressive and tech house to techno, and take you on a musical journey full of live edits and superb track selection. Have a listen to one of his live sets from last winter where he played The Warehouse Project in Manchester, UK.
