Recently premiered on Pete Tong’s BBC Radio 1 radio show, Danny Avila‘s “Breaking Your Fall” has officially cemented this young producer as the one to watch in 2013. Outshining many of his contemporaries, both behind the decks and in the studio, Danny continues to build his dance music clout with a sonically diverse talent for the craft. At just 17 years old, he is the youngest producer to provide a cover CD for DJMag and spent his summer spinning to the highly refined dance crowds in Ibiza.

On “Breaking Your Fall,” Danny compliments evocative vocal cuts with powerful big room synth stabs to create an undeniably infectious offering. Melding a variety of styles together by peppering the progressive chordplay with squealing stutters and and a touch of electro grit, Danny successfully asserts himself as another young phenom in EDM’s freshman class.
