Progressive house starlet Gina Star is following up her earlier release of “Tears” with another sprawling house melody. This time “Bananular” is accompanied by a music video directed by Brooklyn-based Johnathan Hoeg, which gives the tune a little more oomph as you watch it unwind. Gina Star‘s six-minute output showcases her ability to craft stretched house harmonies and makes her one of the few female house music frontrunners. “Bananular” loops vibrating synths and fluctuating kick drums to form a progressive track ready for dance floors.
