Cadenza label boss Luciano outs the long awaited summer anthem, “Rise of Angel,” with three diverse and spine-tingling remixes from Mirko Loco, Andrea Oliva, and Uner. This summer, Luciano’s Thursday night residency at Ushuaia was considered to be the“it” party of the Ibiza season. “Rise of Angel” was the track that Luciano would wait all night for the perfect moment to play, and when it came, it forced a sea of arms into the air as they got lost in the melodic flow and upbeat rhythm of this magical tech house gem. Clocking in at fifteen minutes in length, this track is a musical journey in every sense.
On the remix front, Luciano stays loyal to his label-mates, offering unique takes from each of the artists. Mirko Loko displays a more upbeat reinterpretation, Uner is heavy on the bass with rolling drums and relentless groove, and Andrea Oliva gives up a piece of musical heaven with organic house undertones that add the extra push that Luciano’s original may have lacked.
