Even with the winter fast approaching, Viceroy stands steadfastly behind his “summertime, all the time” style on his latest collaboration with indie rockers Ghost Beach. The familiar steel drums and airy synthesizers that have come to define the Viceroy sound are still present, acting as the perfect complement to the evocative vocals. Bouncy and carefree, “While We’re in Love” transports us back 4 months to the peak of the summer season, helping us forget, even if only for a moment, that winter is right around the corner.
