Deadmau5 now joins Swedish House Mafia in headlining both weekends at Ultra Music Festival next year. After performing in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011, the mau5 was not concerned with being overlooked in 2012. In fact, he went on a Ustream tirade against the festival about the organization, contracts, cut short sets, and more. Perhaps for 2013, the recent merge of UMF and Ultra Records (his label) allowed things to be smoothed over. In any event, we are thrilled to already see a refreshing change in this year’s lineup, even with only two names so far. Expect to see the glowing mouse head in action both Saturdays of the festival. Stay tuned to DA for more lineup news as it comes.
