France’s contribution to the world of electronic music over the past two decades is unquestionable. From Daft Punk to David Guetta, and the assortment of eclectic acts off the Ed Banger roster, we can always count on the French to brighten our musical outlook. Kavinsky’s “Protovision” is exactly what we would expect from the electro house maestro. It features electro rock vibes that were championed by fellow Parisian duo Justice, and embodies a retro appeal that you’d find in a classic French house production. “Protovision” is a track off Kavinsky’s forthcoming artist album entitled Outrun which is set to drop sometime in 2013.
