I’ll admit it, I’m a sucker for any track that remixes Marina and the Diamonds. Like Chuckie and Benny Benassi before them, the Swedish duo, Dada Life, take on Marina and the Diamond’s latest single “How to be a Heartbreaker,” tar and feathering the sound siren’s original in a trough of electro house grime. Dada Life‘s larger than life kick drums and signature high-energy chord progressions are all at work here, complementing Marina’s alt-rock vocal cuts to satisfy the greasy electro appetite in all of us.
