Zeds Dead dabble in diverse genres with minimix for upcoming ‘Hot Sauce’ EP
Just as we observed in their recent ‘Holiday Mix,’ Zeds Dead’s taste in bass music is incredibly diverse. While their live performances feature a medley of different genres, the majority of Zeds Dead’s previous work has consisted of dubstep, electro house, and drum and bass. Switching things up, however, Zeds Dead have teased their forthcoming Hot Sauce EP, which, apart from the usual haunting dubstep, includes deep/minmal, tribal, and breakbeat elements.
Rather than post individual preview links, Zeds Dead have opted to organize the five tracks into a five minute minimix. At times heavy and heady, at others deep and groovy, Zeds Dead’s minimix is the perfect teaser for their upcoming Hot Sauce EP, due out on Mad Decent on January 29th.
