Last year Wideboys brought fans their Addicted 2 The Bass remix compilation, featuring reworks from winners of their competition of the same name. The British duo’s original track, a big room progressive production, received a complete renovation with renditions categorized from drum & bass to electro. Now the Wideboys are ready to give “Addicted 2 The Bass” another round of revisions with their Addicted 2 The Bass – The Refix slated for a March release.

The second remix compilation will feature Lazy Rich, Sunship Tantrum and Australian-hailing Nick Thayer. Thayer, who was recently signed to Skrillex‘s OWSLA, revealed a teaser of his version and it looks like the Wideboys can add moombahton to the list of genres that make the cut. The short snippet reveals a slowed BPM before the rising producer works in a thick two-step bassline with soaring synths delivering listeners a moobah-laced translation of “Addicted 2 The Bass.”
