As the highly anticipated release of Russ Chimes’ “Turn Me Out” awaits, another remix to the package has surfaced on his Soundcloud page. Earlier this month we showcased Ejeca’s rendition — which transforms the upbeat nu-disco cut into a deep house gem. This time around, newcomer Annie Starlight offers up a proper remix that centers around an abiding downbeat with almost a calming effect to it. The package, originally set to release on Deconstruction/Columbia Records on April 29th, has been pushed back to May 6th. With a track this good, the wait is well worth it.
