Avicii manager Ash Pournouri launches new label, PRMD Records
Founder of At Night Management and mastermind behind the Swedish sensation known as Avicii, Ash Pournouri looks to embark on his next venture — a label of his own, PRMD Records. With Cazzette and Morten Breum as the first signees, the inaugural release will be Cazzette’s Eject album, previously exclusive to Spotify in three installments. Based in Sweden, Ash claims “facilities will be ready in June and will include four top-of-the-line recording studios and video production facilities in a historic landmark building.” With a seven figure, multi-year, exclusive partnership with Island Def Jam, Pournouri will expand his empire, beyond his established success, through PRMD.
