Yousef – Think Twice (Catz ‘n Dogz Edit)

The last time Defected Records put out a Yousef track was November 2012 and it was “Beg,” a song (along with Hot Since 82’s remix) that topped Beatport charts for far longer than anyone could have anticipated. Now, Simon Dunmore’s label is back with another promising cut from the Liverpudlian Circus Recordings main man and a dirty little edit from Polish favorites Catz ‘n Dogz. Where the original excels in a smooth vocal track and relaxing melodies, the edit makes use of squelching bass lines and a trippy top line. Less emotion, more dancing.
