Adding another aspect to their collaborations mass appeal, Tom Swoon and Amba Shepherd have released the official video for “Not Too Late.’ Amba’s powerful vocal chops and Swoon’s finely-tuned electro house work in tandem with the video’s dreamlike atmosphere as they take viewers through a night in downtown Tokyo.
