In the world of Avicii, 2011 was the year of “Levels.” It was a year that saw a meteoric rise of a young Swede after the success of one tune. And that rise allowed Avicii to showcase some of his best then-current projects, arranged in such a way to construct one of the most highly demanded live shows across the dance world. Taking his golden act to Belgium for Tomorrowland in July of 2011, Avicii would put his display beneath the community’s brightest lights, and to no surprise he illuminated the weekend entirely. His classic remixes such as “Drowning,” “Blessed,” and “Rapture” only complimented his originals of “My Feelings For You” and “Fade Into Darkness” that had Avicii sitting high for the duration of that summer.
