Earlier this month the one and only Diplo invited ETC!ETC! and Brillz to the decks of LA 98.7’s Diplo & Friends Radio Show. The Mad Decent label head promised an hour of “twonk” and invited listeners to hear for themselves just what that sounded like. A blend of trap, hip-hop, and incredibly dirty dub, the hour mix has more hi-hats and snare rolls than a year’s worth of high school band performances with a heavy dose of locker room language to balance it out.  Dropping everything from Ookay to Baauer, Martin Garrix to Calvin Harris, the mix may be a little heady for 10 a.m., but it’s Saturday so grab your free download and get shaking.
