For months now, global club land has hotly speculated the 100^th release of Steve Angello and his renowned Size Records imprint. A decade strong and basking in the wrath of Angello’s post-SHM spree, Russian duo Mattise & Sadko join the ranks for a definitive celebration of their 100-and-growing roster of definitive house anthems. Premiered by Pete Tong on his Essential Selection radio show and showcased throughout Steve’s global tour dates of late, “SLVR” encapsulates the epic properties we have come to expect from such Angello offerings as “Yeah” and “Lights.” With a strong element of the Russian duo’s hypnotic melodic charm added to the equation, this synth-led record is more than worthy of the centennial Size crown, offering firm reassurance that Steve Angello and his beloved imprint are not resting on any industry laurels just yet.  It’ll be available on Beatport on August 12th.
