If you missed it, versatile bass music producer Manic Focus recently put out his dubstep remix to Disclosure’s ubiquitous single, “Latch.” The Chicago producer maintains the swirling pads of the original while picking up the tempo and layering a clean broken beat. The concept of mixing Disclosure with dubstep seems a bit odd, but Manic Focus successfully morphs the Lawrence brothers’ deep house single into a pleasant bass-oriented rendition.
