Clinton VanSciver – Indie Anna Jones (Marc Benjamin Remix)
Dim Mak newcomer Clinton VanSciver’s “Indie Anna Jones” EP established the 21-year old producer as an electro house force to be reckoned with. For the official remix package, VanSciver hands the reins over to fellow Dim Mak resident, the Netherlands-based Marc Benjamin. Embodying the big room Dutch style from which he hails, Benjamin takes “Indie Anna Jones” into festival territory, revealing the tracks potential for destroying dancefloors as a blaring Dutch house banger. Percussion laced and 2013-facemelting-drop-friendly, Benjamin’s approach leaves little of the original mix intact, except for Queen B’s soaring vocals.
