RL Grime releases ‘Because Of U’ As a free download
Henry Steinway, the mastermind behind the multifaceted Clockwork, has once again removed his electro-house production hat and released a new tune under his alternate moniker, RL Grime. The young American has seen enormous success throughout his career as he has proven his diversity both inside and outside the studio, producing sonically impressive productions, and entertaining thousands during his championed TomorrowWorld set. Although Steinway’s past trap productions have been heavy-hitting, the smooth synths of “Because Of U” intertwine with enchanting vocals to make for a softer production that lives up to the RL Grime reputation. Although the track seems to diverge from the style used on the High Beams EP, the variation in production is welcomed with open arms.
