Swedish House Mafia unveils first clip of upcoming tell-all documentary

When Swedish House Mafia announced their split last year, many (almost all) EDM fans were heartbroken. It was hard to understand how and why such a loved trio was deciding to end their reign in the land of music. Countless interviews were conducted posing the “big question:” why are they breaking up? Despite the answers we received, it was still hard to believe. Their “One Last Tour” was set for 2012 – 2013 and after their “final curtain” at Ultra, we were all saying goodbye to the iconic Swedish trio.

But not so fast, although we may not be getting new productions and releases anytime soon, fans will be somewhat appeased by the upcoming release of a documentary that follows this brotherhood behind the booth, in and out of hotels rooms and through their everyday lives. In the first clip, we get a small peek at the positive aspects of their life and tour (those that made us want to be DJs too) and some of the negative aspects, which threatened to tear these three best friends apart – and finally did. Full of nostalgia, this first clip gives a glance into their last year as a dominant force – the last year we saw them together as one. It also begs the question: Will SHM ever reunite?

Expect further clips to be released in the upcoming weeks. Full documentary coming soon.
