Since celebrating their 100^th release back in December of last year, Witty Tunes has more than held its corner for thoroughbred club cuts. This month, Budapest’s Viktor Kaman takes to the label with a two-track offering that seamlessly unites his deep and tech-fuelled tendencies. Scatty, bass-favoring house music is the crux of Kaman’s A-side “Raw,” leaving “Wah” to extend the liberal sample work to a far more rhythmically charged extension of his underground house prowess. We are hearing a lot of noise from both deep house and tech of late, but in seamlessly uniting the best of both sub-genres, Kaman emerges a force like few other currently blessing the digital market.
