Known for his deliciously inappropriate behavior, Borgore is at it again with his latest release, “Booty Monsta,” alongside Philadephia’s Victor Niglio. Having previously been a part of an Israeli death metal band, Borgore seems to rely heavily on metal for his latest work. The track’s eerie opening is accompanied by computerized vocals: “Who’s scared of the…[booty monsta].” In terms of its composition, “Booty Monsta” has a darker feel to it than the Israeli’s more dubstep-influenced productions such as “Decisions,” or rap-influenced tracks like “Wild Out.” On the whole, Asaf and Niglio combine for a grittier approach, evident in the thunderous bass kicks and metallic, electro synths.
