BPM Festival artists give their New Years' Resolution
BPM Festival recently announced their massive finalized lineup and schedules, which is set to ring in the new year in style in Mexico. In the tropical setting, fans may need help sorting through the abundance of day and night parties curated by many of the artists’ record labels. We spoke to some of the artists about tips for attendees looking to take on the full BPM experience, as well as their New Year’s Eve plans and their New Year’s resolution after the break.
Art Department:
NYE Gig: Private ceremony on the beach in Tulum where I’ll play a 10 hour set for close friends. Kenny will be in Dubai with Infinity Ink.
New Year’s Resolution: Relax, work less, spend more time with my favourite humans.
BPM Tip: Best advice for BPM is to just go with the flow, don’t get too caught up in being at an event 24/7, the place has too much to offer. Try to make your way to Tulum for recovery days so you’re fresh for the events you want to be at… that place is magic and will heal you quickly. And of course, eat at Gigi’s.

BPM Tip: Eat lots of hot chillies they’re packed with vitamin C, you won’t have problems getting sick and you can sustain your partying for longer.

New Year’s Resolution: Live and enjoy life every single day with family and friends.
BPM Tip: This festival goes on for days so make sure you don`t peak too soon. Plenty of sunblock during the day and remember to eat well and hydrate loads, then bring the good vibes to the dance floor.

New Year’s Resolution: Count only on yourself and def start going to the gym
BPM Tip: Mexico is my favorite country in the world. What ever you do, you must drink a proper michelada in Canibal Royal. Try the best tacceria in town called ‘Aguachilles’ for the best fish tacos in the world and whether you want it or not, after partying in Playa del Carmen.. you have to take a car and go and rest on the beach in Tulum.

NYE Gig: On a plane from mexico to the UK to play at Circus alongside Jamie Jones, Carl Craig, and Nic Fanculli on New Years in Liverpool then straight back on the plane to NYC on the 2nd.

BPM Tip: Never forget to go to sleep (at least once every three days!)

BPM Tip: Be sure to have a ceviche on the beach and end your trip with at least 2 days in the tranquillity of Tulum. Party wise of course come catch me in action playing as Apollonia with my buddies Dan Ghenacia and Shonky ;)
