Counterpoint Music Festival announces bass heavy 2014 line-up
TomorrowWorld may have taken over Atlanta’s festival-primed Chattahoochee location, but that’s not stopping Counterpoint Music Festival from delivering another all-encompassing musical experience in 2014. Now set to land in another site in Georgia, Kingston Downs, this April, the three-day affair has announced the official artist lineup. One of 40 events to be headed by OutKast’s 20th anniversary run, Counterpoint follows with electronic acts great enough to emerge from the shadows of the most buzzed about reunion of the year (so far). Lead with bass-heavy top-billers, the likes of Krewella, Major Lazer, Pretty Lights, and Big Gigantic receive headliner status. With Flux Pavilion and Above & Beyond also in tow, A-Trak, Boys Noize, Wolfgang Gartner, and Flossstradamus follow as premier roster-mates atop a long list of supporting acts whom appear as hidden gems in a talent-packed Counterpoint attraction.
