Moogfest 2014 continues to expand its lineup offering with some of the most talented artists that electronic music has to offer. From Kraftwerk to Nile Rodgers, the tech-meets-art-meets-music festival has put together a roster of talent designed to appeal to the most discerning of electronic ears. In a recent announcement, Flying Lotus, M.I.A., Pet Shop Boys and Dillon Francis have been added to April event. Speaking with Asheville’s board of supervisors, Moogfest Music Inc president, Mike Adams, anticipated a $30 million dollar economic stimulus for the surrounding area.
“Moogfest just as a music concert ended in 2012. We’re transitioning Moogfest to become an economic development engine for the region.”
