Insomniac Events to introduce new label, Insomniac Records
Despite recent international expansion, it seems dance music’s production giant Insomniac is determined to continue marching forward, full steam ahead with their latest informal reveal of the forthcoming Insomniac Records. In the midst of an interview on The Drop Show, Artist Performance Director of Insomniac Bunny Eachon hesitantly divulged plans for the upcoming label launch and explained that the idea, in a sense, originated from Insomniac’s newbie-friendly, talent-seeking enterprise known as ‘The Discovery Project’ that showcases and provides exposure opportunity for up-and-coming producers. “There’s a handful of guys that really deserve a chance,” Bunny begins, after playfully encouraging and welcoming submissions. “We always try to expose people to new music, not just the Tiësto’s and people who have already blown up … Give the little guy a chance.”
