Giorgio Moroder confirms upcoming project with David Guetta
One of dance music’s most powerful leaders, Giorgio Moroder, has recently affirmed that he and David Guetta are currently working on a musical project together. Seeing as Moroder was already featured on Daft Punk‘s Random Access Memories, it will be interesting to see worlds collide as Italy once again meets France, and a pioneer from one generation intersects with a pioneer of another. Very little was revealed, but in addition to Guetta, Moroder will also be working with “a very great singer”:
“I cannot mention the name now because the contracts are not signed, but I’m going to work in the next few days with a very great singer. It’s one of my all-time favourite singers. In fact I started to work a little bit with David Guetta. So . . . do you know? It’s difficult to answer the rumours, but . . . maybe. Maybe. I don’t know.”
