Twenty-one-year old producer jackLNDN has built a rapidly increasing following thanks to a savvy set of remixes of artists such as Zedd, Daft Punk and Cazzette. Shifting his attention to original production, jackLNDN has released his debut EP, Drop Out, featuring four fantastic (and free) offerings. Sampling Timothy Leary’s famous “Turn on, tune in, drop out” slogan LNDN’s title track, much like the rest of the EP, is a refreshing and delectable bit of progressive house. With no shortage of warm chords, sweeping white noise fills and tightly nit drum kits, the Drop Out EP is a well mixed package, pleasant all the way down.

With his first formal offering, jackLNDN inspires some serious promise. Fans of Goldroom, Flight Facilities, and EDX will especially dig this. Make no mistake, this is feel-good house music at its finest.
