Madison House Presents, the live music promotional company behind Electric Forest and Rothbury Festival, has recently been purchased by AEG Live. AEG Live already has a roster that includes Coachella and bringing MHP into the mix further enhances the company’s growing presence in the festival space.
In addition to the innovative events brand, AEG Live has also finalized employment agreements with Madison House Presents’ principal partners Don Sullivan, Mike Luba and Jeremy Stein.
The three bring a wealth of talent and knowledge to the company, said AEG Live Chairman Jay Marciano.
“In our business, it all comes down to the people and the relationships that they cultivate over time and, we couldn’t be more thrilled to have three of the most talented and knowledgeable executives I know, Don Sullivan, Mike Luba and Jeremy Stein join us at AEG Live,” said Marciano. “Combining the collection of skills, experience and relationships that each of them brings to the Company with the incredible talent and resources we already have in place will result in even greater success across multiple divisions and assets of AEG Live.”
Madison House Presents will operate from three offices across the US including Boulder, New York, and Chicago.
