Bass Super Music Group collective Sluggers have taken to Slow Roast Records to drop off a free treat before they hit the Ultra stage this weekend in form of a hip-hop remix. Flipping the original rhythm and riff, the production group takes Camp LO’s “Luchini” to the next level, and suit it with a softer side of trap that works well within its boundaries, and will be sure to shine on the festival stage. While the OWSLA-supported act throws elements of many different electronic genres into the mix, the result is a successful melting-pot of electronic sounds that settle contently around a pitched vocal. The up-and-coming act plans to open up the UMF Radio stage for the weekend with an afternoon performance on Friday.
