It would take a lot to follow “Wake Me Up” as a subsequent single from True, but Avicii’s “Addicted To You” is taking just that course. First visualized with a cinematic reprise of a music video, the Audra Mae assisted record that originally offered a range of soulful electro is being worked up for a remix package. Leading the way was David Guetta’s festival primed rendition, and Sick Individuals find themselves next onboard. As if stripped from its radio sensibilities and pounded with progression, the duo’s take on “Addicted To You” gives the hook a home in more intimate atmospheres.
