Australia’s Rüfüs have been steadily capturing the indie dance market with their soft vocal melodies off debut album Atlas. Now “Sundream” has been taken on by fellow Aussie Hayden James, who is known for his Future Classic originals like “Permission to Love” and “Embrace.” Using an array of deep-set effects, Hayden increases the tempo and bounce while manipulating the vocals to match the thick bass. The track brings the right amount of pizazz to the mellow original without compromising the stems. Hayden’s remix joins Claptone and Wordlife on the official remix EP.
