Kaskade offers ‘Please Say You Will’ as the first single from his upcoming Redux EP

Since departing labels for music releases all together, Kaskade‘s announcements have served more of 48-hour warnings as the producer rapidly rolls out tour dates, whisperings of new exclusively vinyl EP, and most recently, his first single from the aforementioned record in the works. “Please Say You Will” received a quaint release through a lyric YouTube video and a brief Twitter announcement that was quickly picked up by attentive fans. Despite the fact that the upcoming Redux-inspired record will only be released on physical vinyls, Kaskade couldn’t help but tease his fans with the first of four tracks to come. “Please Say You Will” received a disclaimer as “the most unlikely single, because the rest of the cuts are straight HOUSE,” but also as the track that stood out as “something special.”

The single is a far cry away from his previous big room explorations, but instead offers itself as a pocket of refreshing downtempo melody. This time around, Kaskade makes use of male vocalist Adam Klopp instead of his typical female chorus leads in continuation of the fresh and unexpected.

His Redux EP has yet to receive an official release date, but will be available sometime next week.
