Goldroom and electronica/indie singer MØ have come together for a collaboration of nu disco perfection. “Don’t Wanna Dance” showcases Karen Ørsted’s honeyed vocals for a catchy melody that complement Goldroom’s signature mixture of fluttering tropical waves and disco drum strikes. The Southern Californian’s latest will hypnotize listeners — much as the entirety of his summer-stylized catalog already has — and by the second play, you just might find yourself chanting alongside MØ’s romantic lyric, “I don’t wanna dance with nobody but you.”
