Comparable to a less chart-groomed MK in terms of the demand now facing their remix duties, the French collective turn their hand to Roger Sanchez’s resurrected S Man moniker just breaths past recently unearthed remix duties for Bakermat’s “One Day.” Scattered sample work invades this canvas of muted leads and rigid grooves throughout, manipulating the original cut into a far more disjointed yet ultimately flattering digression for “Dangerous Thoughts.” They remain two of modern house music’s most distinct remixers, traveling towards the summer with another fine measure of their ongoing resilience in the name of underground house music.
