Young Oslo upstart Lido has landed at a time when dance music’s creative juices are in need of considerable reconfiguration across the board. Right on cue, “Money” lands to epitomize the kind of shakeup of the senses that the young producer looks set on making everyday practice. As one of the four tracks carved from his impending I Love You EP for Pelican Fly, “Money” is more evidence of a European contender carrying elegant yet equally brutal connotations for the bass favoring subsets.

In a flash of glitchy trap exultation, the track hits both emotive and adrenaline fueled peaks in the sound.
