All the way from Madrid, Spain, Lupe Fuentes aligns herself with house music greats as her debut record arrives from Junior Sanchez’s Brobot camp. Lupe introduces her style of dance in attributing it to her roots, drawing upon “latin undertones” and “dirty basslines.” On “So High,” the producers influencers such as Erick Morillo come to fruition in the form of music simply true to the dance floor. Deeper grooves and a traditional house flare uphold with a contagious rhythm, and its the enchanting vocal sampling that ties “So High” together with a timeless taste.
